Focus this time to embrace new habits, make changes and participate in 30 minutes or more per day of physical activity. Remember all those excuses about joining a gym?

Many Gyms are offering free workouts. 

There are some fitness facilities that are offering child inclusive sites.  

That's right, call your children and go to your own home gym.
